All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

3. Delivery Time
Standard Non-Custom Orders:
o An estimated delivery time for non-custom orders will be approximately 2-3 working days from the date of shipment. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Custom Orders:
o As all rings and many other pieces are intricately designed by me and crafted to cater to your specific requirements, especially with respect to ring sizes, custom orders might take longer. You can expect your custom piece to reach you in approximately 2-3 weeks.
